Hello, I just wanted to send a real big thank you to ... your company. Long story short, I had an older "Partner" system that finally went out entirely. John was able to walk me through so much of the process with tremendous patience even though this is not my back ground. You also found me a local technician who was excellent and he stayed until 10:30pm to get us up and running. While this entire experience encompassed my local phone company as well, I cannot think of the last time someone went so far out of their way to get me what I needed to get up and running, worked with me over the phone to guide me through the install process and then finally, locate a tech in my area who could finish off the job. I have really simplified what the last couple of weeks have been like for me in getting this system up, this message does not do you folks justice. John, thank you again! I have been meaning to write to you for about a month now. Funny how time slips by so fast. I wanted to thank you for the quick response to our old Merlin System failure on my dad’s phone system. We received the replacement on that Saturday and had the system back up and running in less than 20 minutes. I also enjoyed our conversation about phone systems and the Partner system that you mentioned. I do have a friend that will be in need of a small phone system for his business; so hopefully, we can work out something down the road. We bought phones from you recently. I was so impressed with the quality that I recommended you to the company that provides our telephone system, TeleSolutions in Youngstown, Ohio. They may be contacting you. Also, when I wrote how impressed we were with your equipment, you mentioned that you would be willing to give us advice on telephone service going forward. Does that offer still stand. If so, please give me a couple of times that I might call you. We’re looking to replace the service we currently have through AT&T—14 POTS lines in two locations with no connectivity between them—with something else. Needless to say, we’re getting lots of advice from providers, most of which is beyond me. We are a small, not-for-profit so cost is the major factor, but I would like to move into the 90’s if possible. Thanks Dave Arnold
